Here's where you can find details on who we are, what we offer and how we do business. Most importantly, our goal is your complete satisfaction with our products and customer service. We follow specific guidelines in our day to day operations, but none of them are "set in stone"; great customer service means being flexible enough to meet you individual needs. Believe it or not, we try to keep things simple. Since our offering includes items produced by our own company and over 50 others, it can get interesting! So, when you find something confusing, the easiest thing to do is call for help! Just dial 844-514-04774 and ask for Jim. You can also fax us 24 hours a day at 800-236-0431; email is good too! We’re real people, just like you. We consider every question significant; no concern is ever too small, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch!

The Good Common Sense Store is one of the first, and most complete sources of safe and healthy products in the known Universe! We’ve been offering “alternative” goods for over 30 years; products that work great, offer superb value and foster healthy living. Imagine the impact if we all switched to safe products that improve the quality of our lives without harming the environment! As consumers we hold the keys to the future. Positive change begins or ends with each purchase we make. The Good Common Sense Store is a great place to find the essential stuff you need to live well!

Yes we try very hard to be "light-hearted", but when it comes our core mission, we are absolutely, unwaveringly (is that a word?) serious. As consumers, we have the power to bring about positive, responsible change. Using safe and healthy alternative products in our homes, offices and in the workplace is a great way to make a difference! However, our core premise is that "We, The People Of The Earth" should no longer consider this a voluntary choice, but rather an essential key to achieving and maintaining individual health and happiness. Our mission is to help you the essential stuff you need to live well. Living well is always a matter of choice! May you choose wellness and enjoy, in health and peace!

Currently, most PURCHASES made at The Good Common Sense Store are TAX FREE - exceptions include goods shipped to the state of Texas and locations in California, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Utah and Washington. Many other states are trying to get in on taxing sales placed on the internet by their residents, too. So more are surre to be added over time. Sorry!

Our goal is to offer great products at great prices! Often you can save even more when you buy TWO (2) or more of the same item. Extra discounts are shown on each page (2/12.00 means you get two for $6.00 each). When you update the quantity ordered at check-out you per item cost will update to reflect your quantity discount.

Needless to say, your satisfaction is the only rule. You must be totally delighted with our service and our products. If not, just let us know and we’ll do whatever it takes to make you happy.

We’ll replace any defective item immediately or refund your entire purchase price, including shipping, whichever is more appropriate. Just let us know within seven (7) days of receiving your goods, if possible. Of course, damages caused during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier. When this happens we’ll help with the claim and make sure you receive replacement goods as quickly as possible.

Sometimes you might receive an order in perfect condition, but find you don't really need it after all. In this case, we are happy to issue you a full credit for the amount you paid for the item(s), less the cost of shipping, as soon as the order arrives back at our warehouse in perfect condition. It's a good idea to "insure" the item(s) when doing a return so you can claim any damages that may happen during transit. We can also send you a "pre-paid" return label and deduct the cost from your refund amount.

As a rule, The Good Common Sense Store doesn’t charge “re-stocking fees” on returns sent to our warehouse. Should you decide to return goods you may have ordered by mistake to another location, such as when items were drop-shipped direct to you by the manufacturer, any fees incurred will be deducted from the total credit issued once the return is received.
